Discover the perfect blend of Pilates and yoga in our Back Care Class, designed to promote strength and stability for all levels. The class begins on the mat, where you'll engage in targeted core and back strengthening exercises aimed at enhancing your posture and overall well-being. These movements are carefully crafted to build a solid foundation of strength and support for your back.
In the second half of the class, we transition to standing yoga poses and dynamic movements that further develop your core stability. You will be guided through a series of balance and stability exercises, ensuring you gain confidence in your movements while promoting flexibility and alignment.
Breathing techniques and core awareness are seamlessly integrated into the session, empowering you to connect with your body and improve your practice. Join us in this comprehensive class and take a proactive step towards better back health.

One set of 7 classes is $85.00.
You may add another set of classes within the same 7 week period for an additional $30.00.
Unlimited classes within the 7 week set is $145.00

Series can be prorated if you are unable to attend all the classes. Please reach out.
Classes can be taken online via Zoom or a limited number of participants can attend in the studio.
