
This set of classes will focus on progressively building strength through a series of exercises. We will be using weights to strengthen our muscles and our bones. Having a strong body helps us with our day to life, giving us more capacity to lift heavy objects and move with greater ease. Often the areas of our bodies that feel tight and sore are actually weak. When we slowly and mindfully increase the strength of these areas we can impact our overall well being. Building strength also contributes to cognitive health.
This form of training requires a long term commitment to experience significant results. You experience gains within the seven week set but these gains may not be evident in your everyday life for a few months.
This class will be adaptive to suit your unique health situations.
