Slow Hatha Flow Yoga Jan - Feb

  • Slow Vinyasa Flow: Experience the sequences of our vinyasa flow component, encouraging balance and strength.

  • Traditional and Exploratory Postures: Enjoy a unique mix of traditional yoga postures with innovative exploratory movements, creating a fun and diverse practice.

  • Modifications for All: Modifications to support every individual's needs will be offered, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

One set of 8 classes is $98.00.

You may add another set of classes within the same 8 week period for an additional $35.00.

Unlimited classes within the 8 week set is $168.00
