Class Overview

Welcome to our Resilient Self-Compassion Meditation Class, a transformative program designed to cultivate personal resilience through the power of self-compassion. Inspired by the groundbreaking work of Kirsten Neff and Tara Brach, this class will guide you on a journey of self-discovery and growth.

One set of 7 classes is $85.00. You may add another set of classes within the same 7 week period for an additional $30.00. Unlimited classes within the 7 week set is $145.00.

Classes are offered online via Zoom.
