During the two day training you will learn to about the Usui Method of Natural Healing Reiki . You will be attuned to receive Reiki energy. The focus of Level One is self care. Once opened to receive and transmit the energy it will always be available to you. Spending two days immersed in Reiki energy is a wonderful gift to give yourself.
